We’re now hiring a Marlen Operator on our day shift, Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm

The responsibilities of the position are listed below.

Your Responsibilities

• General knowledge of daily extrusion and production reports 
• Communicate with supervisor/packaging/extruder lead on all production concerns 
• Communicate with Extrusion and Packing Operators on starting and setting up all required equipment for production 
• Controls product quality, contamination, and line efficiency
• Will do general maintenance and repairs on equipment and assist maintenance personnel 
• Will perform all equipment adjustments and change overs and troubleshoot equipment when problems occur 
• Perform all sanitation duties needed at the line 
• Complete all daily reports in legible manner 
• Assist in organizing all line workers required on line 
• Operator will assist other lines when needed 
• Perform all other duties assigned 
• Assist training of all line personnel 
• Special projects as assigned 
• Follow cleaning schedule 
• Assist Supervisor / Packaging lead as needed to control conveyor area

• Must be able to read and write in English
