We are immediately hiring for an RN Registered Nurse or LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Clinical Liaison and including a $5,000 Signing Bonus

The RN or LPN Clinical Liaison functions in several roles to promote our Hospice program to meet the growing need as well as periodic hands-on admissions. And we're offering a $5,000 Signing Bonus!

Some additional duties include:

• Develops a hospice presence in the hospital for the purpose of improving care of the terminally ill.

• Perform admit to hospice as needed.

• Acts as a liaison and advocate for Hospice patients admitted to Kline Galland.

• Develops, educates, implements, and serves as a consultant to hospital medical professionals concerning hospice programs, palliative care, pain management, and hospice Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial reimbursements.

Minimum Requirements:

• LPN or RN with a minimum of five years of full-time experience.

• Past LPN or RN experience should be in a transferrable or applicable clinical venue of nursing practice

• Effective at patient/staff teaching
