POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Operations Lead plays a critical role at Burn Boot Camp as the leader of a client-facing team. You will hire, onboard, and manage your team. the Operations Lead oversees making sure the employee and member experience is held at the Burn Boot Camp standard while maintaining a positive and inviting Culture. You will lead a team of part-time Burn Ambassadors (front desk) and Childwatch team members at the Burn Boot Camp - American Fork, UT location.

  • Focused on delivering great member service every day during every camp
  • Strong user of MS Office products, especially Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Confident in sales or able to learn a simple sales process
  • Able to prioritize multiple deliverables, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Able to capture content for social media and has a solid understanding of social media
