Klein’s Fish Market and Waterside Café, locate in Belmar New Jersey, is currently accepting resumes for a Front of The House Manager. Job responsibilities are as follows:

· Manage the front of the house staff including servers, hostesses, bus people, and cashiers

· Ensuring that all front of the house staff are following all company policies-this includes enforcing The Steps of Service

· Oversee that all opening and closing duties are completed correctly

· Responsible for the correct operation of the POS system, and balancing all cash drawers and server cash outs

· Working directly with the hostesses to ensure proper seating and accurate wait times

· Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards

· Handle all guest complaints promptly and efficiently

· 2 years restaurant management experience

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

· Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task

· Must be punctual

· Be able to work both nights and weekends

· Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time

· Servsafe training preferred
