Kleer, LLC is Hiring a Sales Support Specialist Near Wayne, PA

As Kleer’s Sales Support Specialist,you will be responsible for generating qualified leads to build a pipeline for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, dedicated, and high energy individual. This position will report directly to the Manager of Sales Development and requires extensive collaboration with the sales and marketing teams .

In addition to base salary this position offers employee equity and a $10,000 variable at 100% of plan.

The Day-to-Day

You will assist the sales team by prospecting into targeted accounts and answering inbound inquiries to build a qualified pipeline for each representative. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Hunt for new opportunities to achieve monthly lead generation and team goals using industry leading technology tools (Outreach.io, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with teammates during daily coaching huddles to share new sales techniques and out-of-the-box methods for overcoming objections
  • Facilitate the handoff of marketing generated leads to outbound SDRs by organizing and distributing them based on marketing message, content, and respective prospect territories.
  • Become a change agent and have a hand in disrupting the $155 billion dollar (and growing!) dental industry by effectively communicating Kleer’s value proposition to prospects in an impactful way
  • Understand the business challenges our prospects face in a rapidly evolving market and communicate how our solution can solve them
  • Research and maintain our CRM and data management by qualifying prospects and gathering accurate information
  • Enhance the SDR playbook by helping the team continuously improve and optimize our process
  • Maintain our competitive advantage by staying on top of industry trends and best practices
  • Have an impact by making it possible for dental practices to provide affordable, transparent dental coverage to the ~50% of Americans living without insurance
  • Represent our culture as the voice of our company to prospective customers

  • You have a minimum of 1year experience in sales or high-volume office administrative work
  • You have a meticulous attention to detail and organization
  • You have an exceptionally analytical mind driven by curiosity
  • Proficient computer literacy and typing skills
  • Preferred knowledge of sales technology tools (Linkedin, Outreach, Salesforce)
  • And you have a Bachelor’s Degree in anything. We mean it! Business, History, Cooking (actually, that could be incredibly useful)… anything.
