Description :
Hybrid role must be local to Malvern, PA area.
Responsibilities :
Working in SAP, Oracle Sales Cloud, MS Outlook, MS Teams and MS PowerApps simultaneously to monitor and respond to requests
Ensuring data integrity by validating requests for accuracy, identifying / preventing instances of data duplication and following company protocols and business-specific guidelines
Closely monitoring activity performed by department RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and intervening as needed
Periodically providing after-hours support, including some weekends, especially for financial quarter close events
Approximately 10% travel required
Knowledge / Experience :
Demonstrated ability to remain organized and multitask while managing a high volume of requests
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel required
Experience working with PowerApps and PowerBI a plus
Experience working with SAP and / or Oracle Sales Cloud a plus
Education :
BS / BA achieved from an accredited university / college
