We are currently looking for Medical Assistants that are highly motivated and positive to join our clinic and are interested in becoming Chiropractic Assistant's (CA's) with our company. Recent Medical Assistant grads are also welcomed to apply! No previous experience needed (we will train).

Position Duties:

• Front desk administrative and patient engagement
• Patient intake forms
• Prepares patients and sanitizes therapy rooms for Chiropractic care
• Applies Electric Muscle Stimulation therapy (EMS), hot and cold packs to patients
• Oversees the exercise equipment and room ensuring patient safety
• Assists with patients' exams or patient exercises
• Front Desk responsibilities (greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, etc.)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Light office cleaning

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• English & Creole (Preferred)
• Spanish

Schedule

• Currently: Mon thru Fri (9am - 6pm) or (10am - 7pm)
• We are very flexible with schedule
