We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager for our Marketing team. As Project Manager you will oversee the planning, production, and coordination of our marketing projects and collateral such as; promotional campaigns, hallmark events, other recurring and ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring that all marketing jobs are documented and tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Triaging all incoming marketing requests, assigning projects to the appropriate team members, and developing project timelines for on-time, on-budget completion.
• Proactively communicate project statuses, remove barriers, and participate in weekly huddles to ensure smooth progression of marketing projects.
• Lead internal communication strategies, including executive messages, All-Hands meetings, and support for other internal events.
• Facilitate collaboration between Editing, Design, Communications, and Production Teams for marketing campaigns and projects.
• Plan and manage external events such as trade shows and conferences and play a key role in the "Best in KLAS" event, ensuring task progression and success.
• Maintain sales support materials, assist the Production team, and manage distribution partnerships, acting as a back-up for the Production Manager when necessary.

• Relevant certifications and experience may also be considered.
• Healthcare experience or knowledge is a plus.
