You are a skilled individual who knows how to plan/create systems in order to complete work, break that down into tasks and then have oversight to keep it on track. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction from planning to implementation to ensure completion on time and within budget
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors 
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Ability to identify opportunities to increase value for clients and improve processes
  • Implement and maintain an OSHA compliant construction safety program, including OSHA 300A logs.
  • Complete or maintain your own OSHA 30 Construction Certification. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a minimum 5 years in construction project management required.
  • Proficiency in construction management software - CRM systems
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety practices required
  • Experience in maintaining and implementing a safety program for construction projects required
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to take ownership of projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Average work week of 50 hours, which includes Saturday's as needed.
  • Experience in pulling trailers 
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
