Klarity Health is Hiring a Remote Healthcare Recruiter
Klarity is one of the fastest-growing digital health companies in 2021 (invested by top-rated Venture Capitals & Fortune 500 companies like Mucker Capital, Zoom, etc.). We seek a healthcare recruiter to proactively outreach, interview, and onboard nurse practitioners for remote mental health care.
Pay: $45.00 ~ $65.00/Hour or $80,000.00 ~ $125,000.00/Year Plus commission.
Qualifications
- Must have healthcare recruiting working experience.
- Must have proficient knowledge of medical provider staffing principal.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage provider relationships.
- Familiar with the policy and regulation of healthcare, digital health, nursing board, and DEA.
- Digital Health companies working experience (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Primary Responsibilities
- Proactively outreach potential providers or eligible private practice.
- Phone/video screening potential providers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Conduct background checks, license verification, and credentialing.
- Efficiently onboard caregivers with complete orientation & training.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time.
