Klarity Health is Hiring a Remote Head of Growth

We're looking for a performance rockstar to lead Growth Strategy at Klarity. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and executing strategies to grow Klarity’s community of patients. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to building a social service that has the power to transform people's lives for the better. You have a sensibility for both elevated brand strategy and shrewdly brilliant acquisition and retention tactics. You are passionate about posting impressive KPIs and growing community in a meaningful way—user engagement and delightful experience are core to your strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all components of Klarity’s growth strategy — acquisition, engagement, retention, and all things related to growing our patient-based community with depth and integrity.
  • Strategize, manage, and optimize our marketing channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, email, affiliate, SEO, etc.) to increase performance at all levels of the funnel.
  • Develop an A/B testing framework and reporting structure for the Marketing team to continuously iterate on creative brand strategy.
  • Closely monitor, quickly iterate, and obsessively optimize campaign performance. Provide powerful, actionable insights and own the execution of tactics supporting growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Optimize the landing page and funnel experiences to improve traction and conversion, continuously enhance lead capturing and nurturing system (e.g. Automating Multi-Channel Re-Engagement Campaigns)
  • Discover and collaborate with agencies to achieve the monthly growth goal
  • Enjoy great teamwork, have lots of fun, and take pride in building a world-class mental health product that makes a difference in people's lives

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, performance
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google & YouTube Ads, customer acquisition, analytics, growth hacking, SQL BI/data visualization
  • A proven track record of building and executing growth strategies for start-up and/or hyper-growth consumer products or services.
  • Strong performance marketing and CRM experience, plus proven expertise in A/B testing and experiment design.
  • Mastery in storytelling using the tools of data, insights, and calculated intuition. Must be fluent in translating raw data into meaningful insights KPIs.
  • Familiar with digital marketing performance including CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rate, retention rate, abandoned cart rates, multi-channel attribution, etc
  • Ability to quickly spin up experiments and utilize sophisticated data analytics to test hypotheses and uncover opportunities
  • You know how to think about users' entire lifecycle and easily identify where to focus your efforts
  • You understand that managing users' lifecycle doesn't end with marketing channels and crosses across all customer touch-points, including product experience, community management and customer support
  • High degree of familiarity with MarTech offerings and tradeoffs between products
  • Experience work with fast-growing, high potential startup teams
  • Preferred domain knowledge of Telehealth
  • Preferred experience/knowledge of web UX design
