Position:

EK-8 Program Secretary - 1 position (TEMPORARY POSITION)

Responsibilities and Requirements:
Must be able to help track attendance for multiple classrooms.
Must be able to communicate with families about attendance and other needs that may arise for
the students.
Must be fluent in the use of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Excel experience prefered
Bilingual skills prefered, but not required

Rate of Pay: $13.21 per hour

Program and Schedule Information:

Program Model: Onsite In Person Summer School

Program Dates: July 12 - July 30 (15 days - Monday through Friday)

Program Location: Ponderosa School

Hours: 3 weeks 7:30 am - 1:30 pm (at 5.5 hours per day with an unpaid 30 minute lunch) along with 6 additional hours for pre-post program clerical responsibilties.

Start and and end times may be adjusted.
