ResponsibilitiesOutreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our insurance products.
Educate: Provide information about insurance policies, coverage options, and answer any questions potential clients may have.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for the agency's insurance agents.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our insurance agents.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update contact information in the CRM system.
Follow-up: Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
RequirementsFluency in English and Spanish: Must be fluent in both languages to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey insurance concepts clearly and effectively.
