Territory Sales Representative
At Waka, we would be nothing without our successful sales team. We’re seeking qualified sales representatives to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representatives will understand the sales process strongly, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. We often give presentations, meet retail customers, and attend trade shows.
Location: Athens, Georgia
Responsibilities:
· Establish, develop, and manage all accounts in the assigned territory
· Work internally with stakeholders to develop account-specific plans that maximize sales, profit, merchandising, distribution
· Develop and implement a territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
· Ensure meeting monthly targets and expansion quota through successful implementation of sales and strong relationship-building skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Highly Organized and ability to multi-task
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, ability to work with minimal supervision
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage retail programs
· Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct customers on the telephone and internally
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Physical Demands:
· Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
· Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amounts of time including walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
· May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45lbs
