Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya is Hiring a Payroll Specialist Near Bellevue, WA

Payroll specialist will be responsible for managing payroll operation.

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Experience using ADP workforce now
  • Perform day to day payroll and time activities
  • Process any garnishment in a timely manner
  • Process employees reimbursement
  • Prepare and issue any off cycle or manual payment payroll with ADP
  • Notify ADP of any stop payment or check reversal
  • Research and resolve simple situation regarding pay issue, payroll data info, and employee matter/ when needed
  • Understanding different payroll account/location and multi-state
  • Provide quality and timely support on payroll related issues
  • Understanding tax law- (multi-state)
  • Review audit and
  • You will need to process knowledges of Microsoft work and excel

Experience:

  • Candidate should have over 3 years of experience with Restaurant or Hospitality industry.
  • Over 3 years of experience within Payroll Department.
  • Must know how it works with Tip/Tips.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
