Job Title: RN Case Manager – Home Health
Work Location: 88 Prospect St, White River Junction, VT 05001
Shift: Day shift - 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday w/rotating weekends
Qualification:
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold a compact license.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Medical/Surgical nursing and/or home health care experience.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,564.00 - $2,714.00 per week
