DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
***WILL TRAIN***
Kitchen Equipment Solutions is seeking a person for a full time office environment position that is located in Los Colinas. Selected individual will assist wtih dispatch responsibilities for Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Waco customers and technicians. Will train person with general office equipment knowledge. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
DUTIES
- · Dispatching prioritized job to appropriate technicians
- · Address questions, problems and payments with customers
- · Verify time charged from technicians via GPS software
- · Updating database by accurately verifying/entering information
- · Enter service calls from telephone and electronic communications
- · Oversee service and dispatch boards for all areas serviced
- · Provide general administrative and clerical support
- · Assume ‘on-call’ duties as an afterhours/weekend dispatcher every 5th week
- · Process work orders
- · Follow-up calls with customers
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- · Good written and verbal communications in English and Spanish
- · QuickBooks experience helpful
- · Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills and an eye for detail
- · Knowledge of general office equipment and software’s
- · Stable work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
- · Reliable transportation
