Sales Support Specialist
In unserer Business Unit Engines R&D ist eine spannende Position zu besetzen, die u.a. unsere Kunden dabei untersttzt, noch effizientere und emissionsrmere Verbrennungsmotoren zu entwickeln.
Ihre Aufgaben
Globale technische Beratung unserer Vertriebsmitarbeitenden zu Anfragen bezglich Einsatzes und Auswahl, Verfgbarkeit und Machbarkeit von Produkten.
piezoelektrische und piezoresistive Sensoren sowie Motorsportprodukte)
- Effiziente und kundenorientierte Untersttzung bei der Auftragsabwicklung und Logistik zwischen den Sales Center und der Produktion
- Verantwortung fr die Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Produkteanfragen (z.B. Messzndkerzen, Glhkerzenadapter)
- 1st Level Support bei Reklamationen, Reparaturen und Non-Conformities inklusive Analyse und Berichterstellung
- Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen sowie aktiver Know-How Transfer zu Kistler Technical Centers
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (HF / FH Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektronik)
- Erfahrung in der Sensortechnik, Messtechnik oder Verbrennungsmotoren von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsgeschick
- Kunden- sowie lsungsorientierte Persnlichkeit kombiniert mit einer strukturieren und pflichtbewussten Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprgtes Qualittsbewusstsein und hoher Grad an Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
