Job Description Summary: We are seeking a talented and strategic Assistant Manager of Social Media & Community Management to join the KISS Digital Operations team. This person will be responsible for driving the overall social media & content strategy content across all organic Falscara social media channels. This includes overseeing a weekly content calendar, social support plans for launches/activations, identifying social trends, reporting on insights & owning community management. This role will work cross-functionally with the KISS lash brand marketing teams and report directly to the manager of Social Media Strategy & Implementation. Our ideal candidate is someone who is beauty-obsessed (preferably with lashes) with a team player attitude, is a multi-tasker that will reach deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication & writing skills. Job Description: Build out short & long-term social media strategies for the Falscara lash brand. Regularly identify social media trends & strategize opportunities for the brand to engage and grow across all platforms. Oversee the development of the social calendar across all organic social channels - including support for new launches & promotions. Collaborate closely with cross-functioning teams (Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising, Sales & Creative) for ongoing social support for retailers & Falscara.com Partner closely with the content and creative team for content planning and creation of assets to support social holidays, new launches, etc. Oversee community management across all social platforms (with flexibility on monitoring during big events). Build the brand community through strategic and tactical actions- (insta takeovers, giveaways, building influencer relationships, ambassador programs, responding to product-related questions and concerns, customer-related inquiries including order status updates, etc) Stay up-to-date on emerging digital and social technology trends to ensure the brand is always on the cutting edge of all changes in the social space. Reports on competitive brand activities and leading brands creating dynamic consumer engagement that are worthy of evaluation and monitoring. Monitor and report regularly on product feedback, online reviews, brand sentiment, competitive, KPIs and other performance metrics or goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience as a social media manager, preferably in the beauty space In-depth understanding of social media platforms (specifically TikTok and Instagram) from both a paid & organic perspective Deep and proven knowledge of all aspects of social media and relevant platforms and community management Experience with social content calendar planning and production cycles, including writing creative briefs and preparing model and product mood boards Experience with social media reporting & analyzing insights Self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment & meet changing deadlines on multiple projects Excellent verbal communication & writing skills Works well under pressure & has a flexible & positive attitude Attention to detail & ability to multitask Ability to be flexible - social media happens in real-time!
