Job Description Summary: As an E-commerce Merchandiser for our esteemed beauty brands, you will play a pivotal role in driving the online retail success of our products. You will be responsible for curating and optimizing the digital shopping experience to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of beauty industry trends, exceptional analytical skills, and a creative eye for presenting products in an engaging manner. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Curate and manage product assortments for our e-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer preferences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to plan and execute online merchandising initiatives. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization and enhancement. Implement merchandising strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value. Monitor and optimize product listings, including product titles, descriptions, imagery, and pricing, to enhance discoverability and drive sales. Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and new product launches. Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce trends to inform merchandising strategies. Work closely with the creative team to develop visually compelling online merchandising assets, including banners, videos, and landing pages. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven 2 years experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry. Experience in e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Preferably Shopify. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
