Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager, 503B Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of commercial marketing related to 503B compounding. This individual will be responsible for all marketing content as well as managing working relationships with both internal departments and external vendors to assist with all marketing material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison for the Sales and Marketing Teams - responsible for understanding current and future needs relative to the launch of new products and continued selling tactics of current ones.

  • Liaison to Legal Affairs - Partner with Legal to ensure that all content is thoroughly reviewed and approved helping mitigate potential Business and Legal risk.

  • Overall marketing SME for compounded products - Manage and maintain all marketing content including but not limited to social media content, product catalogs, eCommerce material, sell sheets and broader product launch communication.

  • Be point person/key contact between departments and external vendors assisting with the build, review and execution of marketing material.

  • Contribute to overall team development and assist as necessary in day-to-day operations.

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of training material for customers and sales representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years marketing experience, preferably in the compounding or generic pharmaceutical industries.

  • Bachelor degree or higher.

  • Experience supporting the Sales and Commercial organizations of a generic pharmaceutical company is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of vendor management requirements and experience managing budgets with those vendors as well as any contracts is preferred.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • History of self-motivation, sound judgment and excellent interpersonal relations.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
