Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Stay up to date on the products and brands we carry so that you can best recommend new products and explain why we carry the product
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or electronic systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
