Position Overview:
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative with 3 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in our agency's success. Your responsibilities will include assisting with application and policy processing, ensuring accuracy in all documentation, coordinating expirations, and processing cancellations. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing accord forms and providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
