We are looking for energetic upbeat talent to join our team in Boca Raton, FL to handle all outbound debt collection calls. You will need to successfully resolve customers concerns and billing issues, request payments, collect new payments, review home warranty coverage with customers, mail invoices and term booklets, update the CRM database and perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous Debt Collections and Customer Service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Prior Sales a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Education and Experience:

High school diploma

Position Type:

Fulltime - 8am-8pm, plus every other Saturday. (schedule times are based on seniority and business needs)

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour plus commission

Approx range is $35-60K a year (base pay, commissions, bonuses and spiffs)
