This BA role is highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Finance, UX/UI, Merchandising and Operations. As the eCommerce analyst you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue, increasing cart size, mitigating cart abandonment, and maximizing conversion. You will work to optimize the Kirkland’s customer journey by analyzing and measuring site functionality and cart/checkout performance. The eCommerce Analyst role will play an integral part in helping Kirkland’s to scale our eCommerce business with a data driven and sustainable approach. You will facilitate our understanding of Kirkland’s customer behavior from discovery to checkout.
A successful analyst will be responsible for click stream data analysis, website tagging, segmentation and dashboard creation, and conversion path analysis. They will also work with UX/UI to build well-designed A/B test scenarios, then analyze and optimize metrics to measure the success of A/B tests.
