The founding team at KIPP Imani has included Grade-Level teachers, Diverse Learning teachers, Paraprofessionals and Elective Teachers. KIPP Imani will also be supported by an operations team and student support team to ensure a strong foundation for the school’s continued founding and growth. KDIA teachers in grades K-2 understand that these early elementary years are critical to transforming the lives of our KIPPsters. In these grades, KIPPsters learn foundational skills that are the building blocks for the rest of their educational career. Additionally, in early years of schooling, social interactions have a formative impact on their relationship with school overall.
