The K-8 Principal must possess strong leadership skills to drive academic outcomes for all scholars across the campus. The Principal is expected to dedicate the majority of their time to instructional leadership, focusing on developing and supporting teachers to enhance their instructional methods and improve scholar achievement. Additionally, the Principal must cultivate a pipeline of future leaders and create systems for continuous staff development to establish sustainable organizational growth. The ability to set and execute a shared vision for campus alignment and build cohesive practices between the primary and middle school levels is essential for success in this role.

Compensation & Benefits:
