We're seeking a proactive Business Systems Analyst to elevate our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and processes, driving organizational growth and efficiency.

The MAIN focus of this role will be to optimize our current CRM system, Bullhorn. There is a heavy focus on project management, collaboration with end users, and developing solutions within the system based on business needs, followed by end-user training on these solutions and enhanced reporting.

As our on-site Business Systems Analyst, you'll:

• Develop a strategic solution roadmap based on business priorities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and bridge communication between business and technical teams.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, focusing on Go-to-Market growth needs.
• Recommend Bullhorn platform configurations to meet specific business goals.
• Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
• Prioritize features and enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide user training and support, ensuring platform effectiveness.
• Manage Bullhorn Marketplace Partners and integrations.
• Organize process-driven sessions and interact with 3rd party vendors.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools, Bullhorn and SQL experience a plus.
