As a Customer Success Professional at Dematic, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success by understanding their unique needs and aligning our products or services to meet those requirements.
By maximizing customer satisfaction, you will drive customer retention, expansion, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.
The employee can be based anywhere in the USA or near any Dematic US location. Must be willing to travel (up to) 20% to customer sites (including weekends).

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
