Kintsu Med Spa and Wellness is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Berkeley, CA

Our Medical Spa in Berkeley is looking for a motivated, reliable receptionist who also shares a passion for providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who can take on a part time position for 2 days/week every Monday and Saturday. You must be available all Mondays and Saturdays if you apply for this position. The perfect candidate has medical receptionist/medical spa experience and is passionate about aesthetics and sales.

Please note we are looking for someone who is able to work independently but also works well with our team. We are a small practice and often only have one receptionist working the front desk at a time, so reliability and attendance is imperative.

Qualifications:

  • Have a MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS experience in a medical office, medical spa, or receptionist position
  • Punctual and reliable with working scheduled shifts
  • Some knowledge of aesthetics and medical spa procedures
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Attention to detail and genuine passion for your work
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Multi-tasker and team player
  • Excellent phone, computer and communication skills
  • Facilitates effective workflow for our team

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs opening and closing duties
  • Answering phone calls, emails and text messages from clients
  • Schedule appointments and manage our booking system with attention to detail
  • Following up on new client leads in a timely manner
  • Greeting clients, taking client photos and helping clients check in for appointments
  • Processing payments
  • Acquire & develop in-depth knowledge of the spa services we offer and aesthetic medical procedures
  • Willingness and flexibility to periodically be of assistance for duties that may be outside scope of the job description, typically including administrative duties such as inventory and ordering office supplies
  • Maintains a neat and beautiful working area, free of food, beverages, and personal items

Pay is DOE but competitive. We offer health, dental, and vision benefits as well as opportunities for internal advancement

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
