Kinsley Steel launched the Apprenticeship Program to teach essential ironworking skills and standards needed for the industry.

3-Year Apprenticeship Program :

The Ironworker apprenticeship program offers you the skills you need to become a craftsperson, earning a certified Journeyman status.

Program starts in August 2024 .

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug / alcohol screening
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Punctuality and dependability are required
