SUMMARY OF POSITION

Kinsley Materials is seeking an experienced and determined Supervisor for our Precast Plant in York, PA. The Precast Plant Supervisor will be mainly responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the precast concrete plant and leading the team of production members.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, previous precast concrete plant experience, and be committed to maintaining a safe and productive environment.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Effectively lead, manage, train, and motivate Precast production workers.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork among the workforce.
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure project deadlines and customer needs are met.
• Manage inventory of supplies and materials.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and processes.
• Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs.
• Perform other related duties as required to support the Precast Plant.

REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants should possess knowledge of precast concrete construction.
• Minimum of 5 years of field leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
