SUMMARY OF POSITION

Kinsley Materials is seeking an experienced and determinedSupervisorfor our Precast Plant in York, PA. The Precast Plant Supervisor will be mainly responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the precast concrete plant and leading the team of production members.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, previous precast concrete plant experience, and be committed to maintaining a safe and productive environment.
