Kingsland Properties is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to supply own core tools.
  • Maintain appearance and maintenance of rental properties.
  • Diagnose minor repairs and conduct routine maintenance.
  • Maintain inventory supplies as needed and organize receipts.
  • Keep accurate notes of all work completed.
  • Ability to work will with minimal supervision.

Must be knowledgeable about various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Establish and maintain positive relations with employees, tenants, vendors, and owners. Must be able to prioritize workloads to respond to service requests within 24-48 hours.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
