SEEKING THE FINEST SALES MANAGERS!

As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate and build sales through connecting with and motivating team members, prospecting, outreach, and marketing. The primary measurement of your performance is sales; both events and “raw”. You will partner with your leadership team to book events, reservations and maximize sales to meet and exceed budget expectations.

Some of your duties in this role will include:

  • Showcasing leadership on all levels, including the setup of events and ensuring proper event execution.
  • Concentrating on total sales growth (event and non-event sales) through forecasting, planning, promotion, and team motivation. 
  • Leading weekly meetings with the operations and culinary team to align on upcoming team schedules, banquet event orders and reservations.
  • Scheduling and dedicating regular prospecting time blocks to consistently generate leads and fill your sales funnel. 
  • Building and maintaining a professional network.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly financial goals through strategic planning and follow through.
  • Setting aggressive but realistic event conversion goals based on YOY sales goals to maximize sales potential and grow sales. 
  • Thoughtfully and accurately forecasting sales to allow for strategic planning and execution.
