exhale® Spa is the leader in spa, fitness and wellness. Located in the most beautiful scenic locations in the U.S. and Bermuda. We are seeking an energetic, organized and self-motivated team player with the ability to provide exceptional hospitality service, drive memberships and increase revenue. exhale seeks a Sales Manager for our state-of-the-art location in Boston, MA located at the Battery Wharf Hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling Memberships: You’ll focus on selling Spa, Fit, and Life memberships, emphasizing retention.
  • Revenue Growth: Your goal is to increase total revenue.
  • Prospecting: You’ll actively seek out new business opportunities to include Hotel activation.
  • Community Outreach: Engage with local communities and pre-plan strategic outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with potential and current members, creating a strong referral network.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales director, spa manager, and guest experience team to understand all services, programs, and products.

  • Passion for Health, Fitness, and Wellness: A genuine interest in promoting well-being.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively within the spa team.
  • Enthusiastic and Energetic: Bring positive energy to your role.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales and customer service.

  • Flexible Schedule: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
