**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Marine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience with New Boat Prep, Repower, General Service, and Rigging.
**Duties:**
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on marine engines, systems, and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure marine vessels are in optimal working condition
- Installation of new marine equipment
- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Marine Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of marine systems and equipment
- Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Familiarity with sales processes for marine parts and services is a plus
