Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store.

Retail and customer service experience is a must. We need a reliable and trustworthy individual. We are a small business and your dependability and attendance is highly required.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave satisfied while restocking inventory and maintaining the store.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Cross-sell products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise - maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Skills:

-Previous work experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong mathematical skills for retail math calculations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficient in using a cash register or POS system
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously -Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays -Outstanding Punctuality and attendance required

Requirements:

- Must be 21 or Older

-High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

-1 year customer service / sales experience (Preferred)

-Must have flexibility to work multi- shifts, weekends and Holidays

-Ability to lift up to 20 Ibs

-Cash Handling experience a must

-Reliable Transportation

-Background check will be required before employment
