The Tech Store Sales Associate will work with patrons of the Tech Store and Service Center using their tech-savvy abilities and knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and perform cash register operations while maintaining a high level of customer service. Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

• The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
• Experience and understanding of technology including Windows and / or Mac technology and operating systems
• Minimum 15 hours of availability in 4-hour shifts per week

Preferred Qualifications :

• Previous retail experience
• Previous cash register operations experience
• Database and / or website experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Ability to interface with customers with an approachable and positive attitude
