Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and possess strong leadership skills.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and make necessary repairs
- Check the performance of machinery
- Clean and lubricate machines
- Test damaged machine parts to determine whether major repairs are necessary

- Perform preventative maintenance

- Assist in developing maintenance plans

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

- Ensure all safety regulations are followed
- Welding tasks as needed
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment
- Program and troubleshoot logic controllers

Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in English for effective communication

Warehouse Experience is a plus but not required.

Safety & housekeeping awareness

Good organization & Time Mgmt. skills

Be able to maintain long periods of standing and bending.

Ability to work in a team environment, with a sense of urgency.

We are looking for a candidate who is flexible, knowledgeable, and mechanically inclined. Candidates must be able to speak clearly, as it is a somewhat noisy environment. Employees should be eager to perform other duties (help in other areas), while maintaining a good attitude & attendance.

Maintenance level tasks vary between Levels 1 & 2, with level 1 tasks being simple interventions (little to no risk) and level 2 being somewhat complex.
