King & Spalding, a leading global law firm, currently seeks an eBilling Analyst to join our Finance Department. The department offers the opportunity for an eBilling Analyst to join an innovative and collaborate team focused on supporting accounting practices and developing solutions to improve processes and procedures. The eBilling Analyst will work closely with the Finance team and will report to the eBilling Manager.

Candidates will have the following responsibilities:
Successful candidates are detail-oriented, highly motivated, organized, and have the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Candidates should have well-developed Microsoft Office skills-including Excel proficiency—and knowledge and experience with eBilling vendors (e.g. eBillinghub, TyMetrix 360, CounselLink, Collaborati, Legal Tracker (Serengeti), Collaboration Portal (Passport), Corridor Bridgeway, Onit Billing Point, DoeLegal Ascent, LSS, Lawtrac, BottomLine Legal Exchange and others). Successful incumbents demonstrate the ability to solve problems and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with at least five years of related experience.
