Food & Beverage Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage the FOH Restaurant and other Food Outlets
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Monitor and report against financial targets
- Deliver a high level of customer service to our guests
- Manage Operational aspects such as scheduling, food orders, and safety
Food & Beverage Manager Qualifications :
- College Degree in Hotel / Restaurant Management or relevant experience
- 2 years of supervisor experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to work in a team environment.
