Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Part Time Premium We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team full time on our 7a-7p shift. We provide a wide array of services to seniors and others including nursing, physical therapy, medical, social work, personal and homemaker services. The LPN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to the clients in his/her assigned area.

• Must have a current LPN licensed in the state of Ohio
• Able to work a weekly rotation of Thursday/Friday and Friday/Saturday
• New Grads Welcome
• Current CPR Certification.
