King Capital NYC is Hiring a Corporate Recruiter Near New York, NY

King Capital is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle talent acquisition process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates, through hiring and onboarding.

Job Functions: The HR Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Responsibilities may include additional tasks according to the needs of the department and the organization*

  • Maintain the recruitment process.
  • Follow up with all applicants to make sure they complete their application and send all their legal documents.
  • Assist in the selection for choosing the optimum recruitment channels and recruitment sources.
  • Conduct search of the best market practices for recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices.
  • Must enjoy speaking on the telephone, have pleasant personality, be interested in learning a client's unique needs, and show compassion/empathy for the clients and the caregivers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: From $1,000.00 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Recruiting: 2 years (Required)
