King-Bruwaert House is a wonderful historic Senior Living community located in Burr Ridge, Illinois. Our community is growing by leaps and bounds! With the completion of our new State-of-the-Art Healthcare building and the upcoming opening of "The Gardens", new luxurious Independent Living apartments schedule to open April of this year.
As our community continues to grow, we are currently looking for a Part-Time Chaplain. The Chaplain will be responsible for the delivery of pastoral care to residents, their loved ones, as appropriate, staff members as well. The successful incumbent will be responsible to ensure that religious and spiritual needs of residents and their loved ones are met in specific area within the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in religious studies or closely related field.
- 2 years' experience providing spiritual guidance to people in a long-term care setting.
- Must have experience planning and conducting non-denominational services.
- Prepare written and oral reports recommendations to the Director of Social Services concerning pastoral care and its programming needs.
