Essential Job Function
Place PO's and follow through activities per demand and visual, weekly exception reports (pull-in/push-out) to meet production demands
Collaborate with management to forecast monthly/yearly inventory reports to keep with this corporate bugeted inventory forecast.
Perform Risk Management on all supplies per established frequency guidelines, work with supplier quality
Work with AP to correct invoice discrepancies
Order tooling for all Phoenix Departments
Order office supplies for all Phoenix Dept
Order shipping supplies for Phoenix Division
Order all consumables for OEM and R&O
Monitor and record price increases on source control products for Dir. of Business Development
Set up new suppliers into visual and other systems
Maintain and manage all Cadence Approve Supplier LIst to ensure all supplies listed are in good standing
Assist in other departments as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Scheduling, cost control, negotiation, contract management, critical thinking, task/ quality management and communication are key skills and abilities for this role:

Education and Experience
High School Diploma
3 year experience
4 year degree a plus
