Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician- Second Shift at Kindeva Drug Delivery will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, performing quality control checks, and completing all necessary documentation to ensure the production of high-quality drug delivery products. This is a full-time, hourly technician/skilled labor/contractor position. The role is an individual contributor and is located in Lexington, Kentucky.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $20 per hour, paid biweekly. Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the performance of manufacturing equipment, making necessary adjustments and documenting any issues that arise.
- Work with a team to ensure all production processes run smoothly and efficiently, meeting quality standards and production goals.
- Perform quality control checks and complete all necessary documentation to ensure products meet specifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines at all times.
- Aid in set-up and changeover of equipment for product runs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to report any issues or process improvements.
- Troubleshoot equipment and machinery issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
