Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am - 5:30pm / 12:00pm - 5:30pm
This is an entry-level position that can be full or part-time.

Basic Job Duties:

• Planning and implementing daily activities for students that are age-appropriate
• Adhering to classroom schedules and maintaining order in the classroom
• Assisting students with basic care needs including feeding, toilet/potty needs, etc.
• Basic cleaning duties
• Interacting with students in a positive, encouraging way
• Interacting with parents and other staff members in a professional manner
• Being dependable, reliable and have a positive disposition
• Eager to learn and grow in the field of education
• Adhering to all KinderKids Learning Center and Alabama DHR policies and regulations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel. or bend for extended period of times
• Ability to hear and see all students at all times

Minimum Job Requirements

• Must have a diploma or GED
• 18 years or older
• Dependable, Reliable, and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass criminal history, child abuse and neglect, and medical screening
• Willingness to purse CDA within 6 months of employment
