Kindercare Learning Companies is Hiring a Site Director Near Salem, OR

Champions Before and After School Programs are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children's growth and development. We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Site Director to join our team in the Salem-Keizer School District and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

When you join our team as a Site Director you will:

  • Lead and supervise a team of teachers to build unique and engaging classroom experiences, empower and inspire passionate and committed professionals
  • Ensure your site is operating optimally; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards
  • Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Build positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
  • Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
  • Ability to build relationships and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to acquire - WE cover costs!
  • 1 classroom instructing experience (preferred)
  • Meet state specific guidelines for the role (WE assist with this)

Program Hours:

Before School Care: 6:20 -7:35 (8:35am Wednesdays for late start.)

After School Care: 1:30pm - 6:00pm Monday - Friday.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
