Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate curriculum, promoting social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Assess and monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's development
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with literacy education, math concepts, and curriculum development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
